As the 2014 season has started, for RH Motorsports Richard Harriman is sees him back with Rev Racing returning as car chief for Daniel Suarez. Over the offseason Richard spent some time helping NTS Motorsports before getting the call to return to Rev Racing. This year there is more focus on the K&N Series coming off the great end to 2013 as Rev is keeping soley with Suarez and not spreading him thin by working on the teams late models as well. With only 3 weeks to prepare, and one of the biggest snow storms in recent years coming in the final days before heading to the season opening races in Florida. The team managed to dig the haulers out of the snow and head to sunny weather. The season started with the first ever K&N race at New Smyrna Speedway on Sunday fallowed by the second annual Battle At The Beach at Daytona International Speedway. The 6 team started off strong winning the opening event at New Smyrna with a thrilling side by side finish after a late race restart while leading the most laps. On to Daytona where the team was strong all through practice and qualifying 6th. It didn't take long before Daniel had taken the lead and again proceeded to lead the most laps. A series of restarts within the last 25 laps kept the race close, but the 6 team was able to hold on and win, sweeping the week of races. There is 1 more race in florida coming up and the 6 team will be looking to sweep the state of Florida. Along with Richard, the crew chief Skip and driver Daniel have all added their name to the short list of people who have scored a victory at Daytona International Speedway. "I am greatful for the chance to return and work with the same guys, and this is unbelievable to be standing in victory lane at Daytona." said Richard after the event. This is the first time a team as started off the K&N season by winning the first 2 races since 2006. Next is Briston Motor Speedway for Richard and the 6 team of Rev Racing.
